As my kids grew, so did the pull to create again. What started as curiosity about edible flowers turned into a passion. I began experimenting at home, pressing petals into cookies, topping cakes with blooms, and sharing my creations with friends. One “you should sell these” turned into another, and before I knew it, my edible flower bakery was born.
Today, I get to combine everything I love: my culinary background, my appreciation for nature, and my belief that food should feel joyful. I’m endlessly grateful for the support that’s helped this little bakery bloom, and I can’t wait to be part of your celebrations, everyday moments, and everything in between.

I started my career in professional kitchens, where I fell in love with food that tells a story—food that’s beautiful, intentional, and made with care. Long hours, sharp knives, and the quiet thrill of creating something memorable for someone else’s table shaped who I am as a cook. When my kids were little, I stepped away from restaurant life to stay home with them, trading dinner services for school pickups and late-night lullabies. It was a season I’ll always be grateful for, even if I missed the creative buzz of the kitchen.
