I’m a baker by training and a gardener by heart, now the proud owner of a edible floral bakery. In my early career, I thrived in professional kitchens, learning discipline, technique, and how to let ingredients shine. After becoming a mom, I stepped away from restaurant life to focus on my family, and during that slower season I became really passionate about gardening. What began as a way to spend time outdoors quickly became a lifeline, as I fell in love with growing herbs and edible flowers and understanding them from seed to harvest. I decided to bring my worlds together, blending my culinary background with my garden. I started baking with the flowers I grew, creating desserts that celebrate seasonality, beauty, and flavor. Today, my bakery reflects that journey—thoughtful, garden-to-table treats made with intention, care, and a deep respect for nature.
